This syrup is made with the traditional way from the best quality of almonds of the country. In Tunisia, this syrup is assigned the name "Rouzata". This syrup is presented in glass bottles of 90 cl (the conventional syrups bottles). This syrup is to drink diluted with fresh water (4 parts water for 1 part concentrated syrup). So we can have 5 liters ready to drink from only 1 liter of concentrated syrup.
